The first time <strong>Sempio<\/strong> was questioned a few days after the murder and the other the following year. According to investigative sources, the <strong>alibi<\/strong> given at the time, although considered <strong>\u2018solid\u2019,<\/strong> on re-examination presents anomalies and inconsistencies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"chapter-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-175\" src=\"http:\/\/www.englishtraining.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/logo-header-1.png\" alt=\"corsi di inglese on line\" width=\"170\" height=\"33\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"chapter-paragraph\">Grammar &#8211; The Past Perfect<\/h2>\n<p class=\"chapter-paragraph\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.englisch-hilfen.de\/en\/grammar\/past_perfect.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/www.englisch-hilfen.de\/en\/grammar\/past_perfect.htm<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"chapter-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Sempio is thought to have lied<\/span><\/strong> about his movements, convinced he would not be unmasked, as indeed initially happened. Those who have read the investigation reports have mentioned checks that <span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">should have been carried out straight after the murder but which were neglected.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"chapter-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Both the <strong>Poggi<\/strong> family\u2019s lawyers and other professionals \u2013 geneticists and criminologists not directly involved in the investigation \u2013 have publicly and forcefully challenged the sensational new evidence presented by the defense, but it is difficult to also overlook the results of investigations into the suspect\u2019s mobile phone traffic.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 class=\"chapter-paragraph\">DNA Proof<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"chapter\">\n<p class=\"chapter-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The DNA \u201cproof\u201d was provided by traces left on a spoon and a bottle of water, later analysed by a renowned geneticist, for whom the results left no room for doubt. Before the final judgment, <strong>Stasi<\/strong> had been acquitted twice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"chapter-paragraph\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.si24.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/nuova-perizia-su-alberto-stasi-omicidio-chiara-poggi.jpg\" alt=\"Image result for la scarpa delitto di garlasco foto\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"chapter-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Sempio,<\/strong> the young friend of <strong>Chiara\u2019s<\/strong> brother has the same shoe size (8\u00bd) as the footprint found on the blood-stained floor in the house in Garlasco. As previously reported, <strong>Sempio<\/strong> used a bicycle to go around town. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Two witnesses,<\/strong><\/span> <strong>Franca Bermani a<\/strong>nd<strong> Manuela Travain<\/strong>, had noticed a (woman\u2019s) bicycle outside the house in the period between 9.23 and 10.20 on 13 August. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"chapter-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Chiara<\/strong> was killed between 9.12 and 9.35, when <strong>Stasi<\/strong> was still at home in front of his computer. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"chapter-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">He was the one who discovered his ex-girlfriend\u2019s body at 1.50pm and called for help. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"chapter-paragraph\">The Telephone Call<\/h2>\n<p class=\"chapter-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Chiara<\/strong> was in her pyjamas and was killed near to the stairs with an unknown weapon, perhaps a hammer, according to judges, which either did not come from the house, or was taken away together with two beach towels.
